基于Delphi和Matlab的压缩机振动监测系统的图谱实现

Implementation of Maps in Vibration Monitoring System for Compressor Based on Delphi and Matlab

针对压缩机振动监测系统中振动对于判断高速旋转机械运行状态的作用,以及振动波形频谱图、趋势图、轴心轨迹图和历史曲线图对故障的直观显示,在简要介绍各类图谱、Delphi及Matlab的Matrix<LIB>的基础上,通过Delphi7.0以及Matlab6.5联合编程,绘制出以上各类图谱,并给出相关代码.

Due to the fact that vibration plays an important role in judging the running state of high-speed rotating machinery in vibration monitoring system for compressor,and that the machinery fault can be visually displayed through wave spectrum diagram,trend diagram,axis path chart and historical graph,the paper drew all the above-mentioned maps by means of joint programming via Delphi7.0 and Matlab6.5,and showed the correlative code after a brief introduction of the maps,Delphi and the Matlab MatrixLIB.
