摘要
抓住峰荷电价受机组在日负荷图上运行位置制约这一关键因素,利用现代经济学理论和方法,以负荷增量为基准,分析了水电、火电和抽水蓄能调峰电量的上网电价在此基础上,比较了不同调峰方式的经济性,计算了峰谷分时和实时的销售电价提出的方法符合经济原理,概念清晰,计算简便。
The mathematical model of power system operation and peak load pricing is established.The economic means of the optimal solution is illustrated,and the varying trend of shadow electricity price is analyzed.Then,the entered-network prices of peak load from hydroelectric ,thermal and pumped storage of generators are analyzed,taking JX power network as a practical example.Furthermore,economic attributes of three types of generators are compared,as a guidance of peak-regulation and the economic dispatch of power system.Finally,the use time pricing and real time pricing are computed.
