摘要
用浸渍法制备了一系列的镍基甲烷化催化剂,测定了其CO和CO2的甲烷化活性实验结果表明,MoO3的加入能增加Ni-La/r-Al2O3催化剂的活性用TEM,XPS及TPR等手段对催化剂的表面性质进行了研究,发现MoO3的加入能提高催化剂表面镍原子浓度,增加催化剂中镍的分散度。
A series of Ni-based methanation catalysts are prepared by impregnation.The activities of catalysts for CO and CO 2 methanation are investigated.The experimental results show that the addition of MoO 3 makes the activity of Ni-La/r-Al 2O 3 catalyst higher.The surface behaviours of the catalysts are studied by TEM,XPS and TPR.It has shown that the MoO 3 can increase the concentration of nickel atoms on the surface of Ni-La/r-Al 2O 3,make the crystalline granule of nickel smaller,affect the electronic structure of nickel and make the reduction temperature of Ni lower.All these actions will improve the catalytic activity.
