比色法测P-S转炉炉内温度的波长和带宽的选择

摘要 针对铜锍吹炼过程中复杂的环境使光谱发射率不稳定,难以实现温度场的比色温度测量,本文分析了吹炼过程炉内熔液、粉尘和烟气等成分,选择非激发的波长作为比色法测温的工作波长;为了避免由于CCD感光性能的原因而使感光过低或饱和,提出了利用照度公式计算最小带宽,并为两个工作波长选择了合适的带宽。实验使用选择好波长和带宽的两个滤光片进行比色测温实验,测量得到的图像信号没有失真,标定结果精确。最后采用MATLAB软件建立铜锍吹炼终点时刻的P-S转炉炉内二维温度场,测量结果误差较小,说明本文提出的波长和带宽的选择方法合理有效。 In view of the matte process of the complex environment in which spectral emission is unstable, difficult to achieve two - color temperature field measurement. This paper analyzes the process of the melt , dust , and smoke and othe length as the operating way r ingredients in furnace in melt blowing process , select a non -excitation waveelength colorimetric in two - color temperature measurement ; In order to avoid the CCD light- sensitive photographic performance reasons photosensitive low or saturation , proposed the use of illumination of the formula to calculate the minimum bandwidth, and for the two working wavelengths selected the appropriate bandwidth. Used in experiments select the right wavelength and bandwidth of the two filters for two - color temperature measurement experimental, measured without distortion of the image signal, calibration results are accurate. Finally use the MATLAB software to establish the two- dimensional temperature field in the furnace of P - S converter on the matte finish blowing moment, measurement error smaller, indicating this paper, the wavelength and bandwidth selection method of reasonable and effective.
