关于用四针法测量条形导电纸电阻的研究

Research on Measuring Electrical Resistance of Electroconductive Films by Using Four needle Electrodes

该文将本来用于测量金属材料电阻的四针法移植到导电纸上。导电纸的均匀性比金属差，但只需小电流即能工作。研究表明，该方法对无限大平面导电纸是可行的。继而对管形导电纸作了尝试。最后对条形导电纸的电阻测量总结出经验公式。

A method of four needle electrodes in measuring metallic materials was transplanted in this paper to electroconductive films.The uniformity of electrocondutive films is lower than that of metals,but they can work under smaller electric currents.Research is done on the infinite plane electroconductive films and then on the tube electroconductive films.The paper put forward an empirical formula about the resistance of electroconductive films ,extending the application of the method.
