摘要
集对分析是处理不确定性问题的理论方法,在一个系统中确定性与不确定性相互联系、影响、制约,并在一定条件下相互转化,用联系度及其数学表达式统一描述系统的各种不确定性,由此可实现系统的评价和决策。针对集对分析联系度中异和反系数过粗和多级评价不太完美的不足,提出优异、劣异、优反和劣反的概念,对现行集对分析联系度进行了细化改进,进而利用改进后的集对分析方法建立新的综合评价模型。并以陕西关中平原为例,对该区地下水资源可持续利用进行了综合评价,评价结果更为合理,说明所选评价方法及改进有效可靠。
Set pair analysis(SPA) is a theory for treatment of indeterminate problems.In a certain system,the indeterminateness and determinateness are interrelated and interacted with each other,and sometimes they can interconvert under certain condition.The connection degree and its mathematic formula can be used for describing various indeterminateness of the system,and thus the evaluation of and decision-making for the system are realized.In order to perfect the difference sign coefficient and the opposition sign coefficient in SPA to meet multilevel evaluation,the connection coefficients of the traditional site pair analysis integrated evaluation method is improved by introducing the concept of the better difference sign,the worse difference sign,the better difference sign and the worse difference sign,and the new comprehensive evaluation model for the sustainable utilization of regional groundwater resources is established in this paper.The sustainable utilization of groundwater resources in Guanzhong plain area is analyzed and evaluated by the model.The evaluated results show that the improved method is reasonable and the results are reliable.
