绿色建筑设计前期的环境要素分析

The Pre-design Analysis about the Environmental Elements of Green Buildings

本文针对中国的《绿色建筑评价标准》，从建筑师的角度阐述了绿色建筑方案设计阶段所要分析的环境要素，如场地环境的实体要素、场地的灾害和有害物质、场地的气候要素、交通状况调查、可利用的旧建筑调查等。相应的工作方法和可以选用的技术工具也给出了建议，以期对建筑师的绿色建筑设计提供参考作用。最后，概述了实践中的问题。

According to EVALUATION STANDARD FOlK GREEN BUILDING issued by Chinese government, this paper analyses the environmental factors during schematic design of green buildings for architects, such as physical factors, disasters and poison, local climate factors, traffic condition, reusable buildings on the site, etc. Work approach and technical tools are suggested as well. It expects to be used as guidance for architects to design green buildings. Problems in practice are reviewed at the end.
