天津历史风貌建筑保护在制度与管理层面的经验探析

Institutional and Managerial Experience of Preserving Historical Constructions in Tianjin

天津是我国的历史文化名城，遗存着大量的历史建筑。由于天津在我国近代史上的特殊性，天津现存的历史建筑大部分是近代建筑，所以有“近代百年看天津”的说法。这些优秀的历史建筑是天津宝贵的城市财富。天津市在保护这些历史建筑尤其是近代建筑的过程中不断探索，在保护制度以及保护实施管理方面做出很多尝试与创新。本文试图在介绍这些内容的同时对其进行分析思考，以期能对我国历史建筑尤其是近代历史建筑的保护有些许借鉴意义。

Tianjin is one of chinese historical and cultural cities ,it remains great amount historic buildings.As Tianjin＇s specificity in China during modern times,the most existing historic buildings of Tianjin are modem historic building.As the saying goes＂Tianjin is a epitome of modem China＂.These all historic buildings are valuable asset of the city.Tianjin continuously seek in the process of the protection of these historic buildings and modern historic buildings in particular, making so many attempts and innovation. This article attempts to introduce these contents and analyse them ,expecting that it is useful for conference to the work of our historical building preservation, especially the preservation of his toric buildings in modern times.
