农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术需求调查

Investigation of Feasible Techniques of Family Planning & Reproductive Health for Countryside

目的:了解农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术的项目需求和培训需求,为适宜卫生技术的科学筛选和规范培训提供参考依据。方法:采用典型抽样的方法,对河南省项目县109名从事计划生育服务工作的从业人员进行问卷调查和半结构式访谈。结果:97.25%的调查对象赞成计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术在本地区推广,98.17%的调查对象愿意掌握新的计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术。22.93%的调查对象首选吉妮IUD作为在农村推广的计划生育/生殖健康卫生技术;同时,调查对象具有较强的培训需求。结论:科学筛选是保证农村适宜技术推广应用的基础,计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术的筛选应满足群众需求。

Objective：To explore the requirement on feasible techniques of family planning/reproductive health and related training,and then provide a reference for science selection and standardized training.Methods：109 practitioners working in rural family planning services institution were investigated and interviewed personally using the typical sampling method in item county of Henan province.Results：97.25% of respondents expected that feasible techniques of family planning/reproductive health were spread in local area,and 98.17% of respondents were willing to obtain some new feasible techniques of family planning/reproductive health.Jeannie IUD was selected by 22.93% of respon-dents as the preferred feasible techniques of family planning/reproductive health.At the same time,strong requirement of training strong was found in rural family planning services institution.Conclusion：Science selecting is foundation to ensure the effectiveness of popularization and application of feasible techniques,and feasible techniques of family planning/reproductive health should meet the needs of rural population.
