摘要
加入WTO以来,我国食品出口贸易越来越多地受到国际通行准则的影响和限制,随着与欧盟食品贸易的逐年增长,如何应对技术壁垒,已成为国际食品贸易中必须研究的课题,本文对欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(RASFF)的现状和我国出口欧盟食品被通报情况进行分析,并就我国食品出口的安全应对,进一步提高参与国际食品贸易竞争提出建议。
After becoming a member of WTO,there are more and more influences and limitations on food exports of our country because of international common standards.With the food trade with the EU increasing year by year,how to deal with technical barriers has become a subject the international food trade center must studied.In this paper,analyze both rapid alert system for food and feed（RASFF） of EU and the informed situations of food that China exported to EU,and put forward some proposals for security response for our country food exports and about further enhancing the competitiveness in international food trades.
