摘要
以全国12家公立医院作为调查对象,对公立医院人事部门负责人、中层管理者和副高级以上职称员工508人进行问卷调查。通过卡方检验、Logistic回归分析对公立医院人力资本流失的现状以及人力资本流失风险影响因素进行分析。结果显示约束机制并不能有效防止公立医院人力资本流失,薪酬福利制度满意情况是人力资本流失的最大影响因素。
By taken 12 public hospitals across the country for the survey objects,and selects a totle of 508 personnels,including the per-sonnel directors,middle managers and vice professors and above,to conduct a questionnaire survey.In this paper the author analyzed the status and the risk factors of the human capital loss of the public hospital with the method Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis,and pro-vided decision-making basis for our public hospitals to reply the risk of the personnel capital loss effectively.
