摘要
合理有效的薪酬激励机制对于维持和激发员工的工作积极性有着至关重要的作用。在明确我国医院现行薪酬制度主要问题的基础上,将EVA指标作为医院薪酬激励机制设计的核心,将EVA作为医院薪酬总量确定、医院员工及管理层薪酬分配的计算基础,并以此来发挥薪酬制度的激励效果,将改变经营管理者和各级员工的行为方式,全面提高医院的经济效益和社会效益。
Reasonable and effective compensation and incentive mechanism is of a crucial role in maintaining and stimulating the initiat-ive of the staff.On the base of defining the main problems of current hospital compensation system in China,this article took EVA as the core of designing hospital compensation and incentive mechanism,and took the added value of EVA as the base of setting the total compensation and distributing the compensation in hospital staff and managers.Hereby developing the incentive effects of compensation system and changing the behavioral patterns of hospital managers and staff at all levels to improve the economic and social benefits simultaneously.
