当前,家庭暴力已纳入到公权力干预的范畴,公安机关作为公权力机构之一,对预防和制止家庭暴力有着不可替代的作用。本文就家庭暴力危险因素、受虐者心理需求、心理干预现状、警察工作特点等方面,探讨警察干预家庭暴力时应用心理学策略的重要性,以及应用心理学策略的方法、技巧和注意事项。

Domestic violence has been incorporated into the scope of interference by public authority.As first-line representatives of pub-lic authority,public security organization plays an irreplaceable role in preventing and combating domestic violence.The review was to inves-tigate the importance of using psychological strategies on police intervention of domestic violence from the risk factors of domestic violence,psychological needs of victims,psychological intervention status,characteristics of police work,and to explore the operational psychological methods,techniques and guidelines.
