住院农民工患者心理问题分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Psychological Problem of Inpatient Peasant Laborer

目的:探讨住院农民工患者心理问题,提出相应的诊疗与护理对策。方法:用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、自行设计的心理问题问卷调查表,对82例住院农民工患者进行调查。结果:82例住院农民工患者中34例有抑郁症状,发生率为41.5%,明显高于我国正常人群抑郁症状的发生率;所有患者在住院期间都不同程度的表现出孤独感,担心经济负担过重,担心疾病的预后情况等。结论:提示应重视农民工患者心理问题,根据患者的具体情况,有针对性地帮助其减轻心理负担,以利患者的身心康复。

Objective：To investigate the psychological problems and the countermeasures of nursing of hospitalized peasant patients.Me-thods：Self-rating depression scale（SDS）,the psychological problems of self-designed questionnaire,82 cases of migrant workers hospitalized patients were investigated.Results：82 patients hospitalized in 34 cases of migrant workers with depression,the rate was 41.5%,significantly higher than our normal population the incidence of depressive symptoms;all patients in hospital are showing different degrees of worry about the financial burden too heavy loneliness,fear of disease prognosis and other psychological.Conclusion：Should pay attention to psychological problems of migrant workers,according to the specific circumstances of patients,targeted to help alleviate the psychological burden in order to facilitate rehabilitation of patients.
