随着医学模式的转变和医学教育的发展,医学生的临床技能培训成为高等医学教育的重要组成部分。本文就目前儿科临床见习教学的现状和存在的问题,在临床带教中进行了有针对性的实践探讨。利用医学模拟技术,网络教学、床旁见习和集中讨论相结合等多种教学方式,激发了学生对儿科的学习兴趣,加强了动手能力的培养,提高了教学质量。

With the change of medical modeland the development of medical education,the clinical skill training become the important ingredi-entof high medicaleducation.Thisarticle discussesthe currentstatusofpediatric clinicalpractice teaching and difficulties,teachers try to new teaching methods to solve the problems：Used ofmedicalsimulation technology and network teaching,used of a variety of teaching methods and combined bed-side teaching and discussion.Through the teaching practices,student’s clinical skills are raised and the teaching quality is improved.
