To emphasize students＇ subjective sense of learning and cultivate their comprehensive vocational ability, action-oriented teaching approach is introduced in the teaching of circuit analysis. The paper discusses the curriculum reform and the teaching methods of practical teaching, with emphasis on practical teaching, which arouse the students＇ interest in learning. Therefore, action- oriented teaching approach should be widely adopted in vocational education.
