摘要
利用激光烧结工艺合成了Al2O3-WO3系列NTC热敏陶瓷材料.研究发现,这种陶瓷材料在一定的组分范围和工艺条件下,在较宽的温区内,其阻温特性呈现良好的线性关系.X-ray衍射分析表明,经激光烧结的NTC热敏材料中含有Al2O3,Al2(WO4)3和AlxWO3相,且此材料中的导电相为钨青铜结构的AlxWO3.AlxWO3相是在Al2O3-WO3二元系平衡相图中所没有的.
Ceramic materials of Al 2O 3 WO 3 system were synthesized by laser sintering technology. The
experiments showed that the linearity resistance in some samples decreased with increasing
temperature in a wide temperature rang. The X ray diffraction indicated that Al 2O 3,Al 2 (WO 4)
3 and Al x WO 3 phases exist in the materials by laser sintering. The conducting phase is Al
x WO 3 tungsten bronze that does not exist in Al 2O 3 WO 3 equilibrium phase diagram.
