小儿先心病术后深静脉插管感染的研究

Correlated Factors of Deep Veinous catheter-related Infection after Congenital Heart Disease Surgery Operation

目的探讨小儿先心病术后引起深静脉插管感染的相关因素,并提出相应的护理干预。方法采用回顾性分析对医院心外科近4年来出现的84例小儿先心病术后深静脉插管感染患者进行研究,分析引起感染的相关因素。结果导管留置时间长、股静脉穿刺时污染、加入液体操作时污染、导管内血凝块堵塞、导管连接部位处理时感染、插管操作过程受污染等6项因素与感染有关;各种因素构成比分别为9.52%、23.81%、4.76%、9.52%、14.29%、38.10%。结论小儿先心病术后深静脉插管感染的发生与多种因素有关,应加强对这些相关因素的控制,操作时严格遵守无菌操作原则,尽可能减少深静脉插管感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To explore the correlated factors of deep veinous catheter-related infection after congenital heart disease surgery operation and put forward nursing measures.METHODS A total of 84 patients who suffered deep vein vessel infection after congenital heart disease surgery operation were collected in the study.The factors that related with deep vein vessel infection were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS Totally 6 factors were related with the infection,which included the patient＇s being contaminated during the process of inserting deep vein vessel,being contaminated in the joint,injecting drug,plugging up with thrombus,being contaminated when injected femoral vein,and the vessel staying with long time.The constituent ratio of various kinds factor were 9.52%,23.81%,4.76%,9.52%,14.29%,38.10%,respectively.CONCLUSION The infection of deep vein vessel is related with many factors.The control of these factors should be strengthened,and abide by aseptic skill rigidly to reduce the occurring rate of the infection.
