Role of Modern Network Technology in Nosocomial Infection Management

目的介绍现代化网络技术在医院感染管理中的作用和特点,通过信息化建设的实践,阐述医院感染信息化管理的基本工作模式和使用优势,进一步促进医院感染信息化进程。方法利用医院现有的HIS、LIS等信息系统与北京市医院感染监控管理系统通过接口方式,借助医院的局域网将医院感染患者的信息进行有效整合,实现了医院感染信息化管理。结果极大地提高了医院感染监控的敏感性、时效性,减轻了医院感染管理专职人员工作的劳动强度,显著提高了工作效率,数据交换速度提高了97.41%。结论信息化管理方法提高了医院感染管理的工作效率,降低了管理成本,值得在医院感染管理中普遍推广。

OBJECTIVE To introduce the effects and characteristics of modern network technology on information management of nosocomial infection（NI）.Through the constructive practices of information to expatiate the basic working models and the using advantages of information management on NI and further promote the information management of NI.METHODS The information of the patients was effectively conformed to achieve the informationization management by using the existing hospital information system,such as HIS,LIS,to join with Beijing Monitoring and Management Informatization System on NI in interface standard and the local area network in our hospital.RESULTS The sensitivity and timeliness of NI monitoring were improved greatly,the labor intensity of the professional staff was lightened and the work efficiency was improved remarkably.The speed of data interchange was increased by 97.41%.CONCLUSION The efficiency of nosocomial infection management has been improved and the administration cost has been reduced by the the informationization management which thus is worthy of popularization in the management of nosocomial infection control.
