临床科室监控小组在医院感染管理中的作用

Effective of Monitor Team of Clinical Division in Hospital Infection Management

目的探讨临床科室监控小组在医院感染管理中的地位与作用。方法医院感染管理中临床科室监控小组对干预前、后医院感染率进行分析。结果临床科室监控小组在控制前(2007年)医院感染率为7.26%、控制后(2008年)为4.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化临床科室医院感染规范管理,进一步推进医院感染管理工作,以降低医院感染发生率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effective of monitor team of clinical division in hospital infection management.METHODS The position and responsibility of monitor team of clinical division in hospital infection management were analyzed.RESULTS The infection rate in 2007 before the monitoring was 7.26%.After monitoring by clinical team in 2008,the hospital infection rate was 4.33%,which showed significant differrence（P0.05.）CONCLUSIONS The hospital infection management should be strengthened by through reinforcing work of hospital infection management of clinical division.
