医院内重复使用的无菌器材包装管理现状探讨

Management Status of Repeated Aseptic Equipment Package

目的探讨纺织布包布及硬质容器在无菌医疗器械包重复使用中的质量控制。方法对北京地区医院消毒供应中心进行调查,发现使用中包布及硬质容器的质量管理问题较多。结果医院应对包布及硬质容器的采购、洗涤、使用等单位建立相应健全的管理制度,并适时有效地监督管理。结论医院质量管理及感染控制人员依据相关的产品标准、规章制度制定相应的管理措施,才能保证纺织布材料的包布及硬质容器在临床上安全有效的使用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the quality control of textile cloth and rigid container in the repeated use of aseptic equipment package.METHODS The disinfection and supply centers in Beijing were analyzed.Many problems were found in the quality management of using rigid container and cloth package.RESULTS The corresponding sound management system to the procurement,cleaning and employment of rigid container and cloth package should be set up in hospitals and the effective supervision should be conducted.CONCLUSION Framing the corresponding management measures,according to the relevant product standards,rules and regulations,can ensure that the rigid container and cloth package are safe and effective in clinics.
