替考拉宁治疗革兰阳性球菌的疗效及安全性分析

Security Analysis and Curative Effect of Teicoplanin in Treatment of Gram-positive cocci

目的分析替考拉宁治疗革兰阳性球菌感染患者的疗效和安全性。方法收集2009年10月-2010年4月,用国产替考拉宁(浙江医药有限公司生产)治疗临床诊断为革兰阳性球菌感染的住院患者49例,统计临床疗效、细菌学清除率、不良反应。结果替考拉宁治疗革兰阳性球菌感染患者的有效率为87.75%,细菌学清除率为85.45%,不良反应发生率为2.04%。结论用国产替考拉宁治疗革兰阳性球菌感染,疗效好、安全性高,可作为革兰阳性球菌感染患者的经验治疗和目标治疗。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the curative effect and security of teicoplanin in the treatment of patients with Gram-positive cocci.METHODS A total of 49 cases diagnosed Gram-positive cocci infection were treated with the teicoplanin from Oct 2009 to Apr 2010,the clinical effect,bacteriology clearance rate and adverse reaction were analyzed.RESULTS The effective rate was 87.75%,the clearance rate of bacteriology was 85.45%,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 2.04%.CONCLUSION Teieoplanin is effective and secure to be used for experiences therapy and goal therapy of patients with G＋ infection.
