老年患者泌尿系感染的病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解老年患者泌尿系感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法分离到病原菌鉴定采用ATB细菌鉴定仪鉴定,药物敏感性试验采用纸片扩散法(K-B法),按2006年NCCLS标准判断结果。结果分离到465株病原菌中,主要病原菌为大肠埃希菌(37.6%)、克雷伯菌属(8.6%)、白色假丝酵母菌(7.1%)、屎肠球菌(5.8%),产ESBLs大肠埃希菌为40.6%、产ESBLs克雷伯菌属为30.0%;产ESBLS大肠埃希菌及克雷伯菌属对亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的敏感率均为100.0%,革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素的敏感率均为100.0%。结论泌尿系感染的病原菌已产生了一定的耐药性,应定期监测细菌的耐药性,采取有效措施进行预防与控制。 OBJECTIVE To understand the urinary tract infection in elderly patients with pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance.METHODS Identification of the isolated bacteria was performed by using ATB bacterial identification instrument identification,drug susceptibility testing by using disc diffusion method(KB method),the results were judged according to 2006 NCCLS standards.RESULTS A total of 465 strains pathogens were isolated,the main pathogens were the followings:Escherichia coli(37.6%),Klebsiella spp(8.6%),Candida albicans(7.1%),Enterococcus faecium(5.8%).ESBLS producing E.coli(40.6%),ESBLS producing Klebsiella spp(30.0%)The susceptibility rates of ESBLs producing E.coli and Klebsiella spp to imipenem,cefoperazone/sulbactam,amikacin were 100%.And the susceptibility rates of Gram-positive cocci to vancomycin were 100%.CONCLUSION The pathogens have urinary tract infection caused generated a certain amount of resistance,regular monitoring to bacterial resistance should be taken,and effective measures should be adopted for the prevention and control.
