摘要
在中国典型地带土壤中鉴定到290种原生动物,分别隶属于2门2亚门9纲28目77科138属.主要的优势类群有动基体目、金滴目、表壳目、变形目、下毛目和肾形目.稀有类群有团虫目、腰鞭目、双滴目、领鞭目、细胶丝目、合膜目和寡毛目.暖温带、温带、北热带、高寒带、中热带和亚热带各样点的原生动物群落多样性指数依次为847、787、777、638、629和431.群落结构特征研究结果表明,土壤原生动物群落与淡水原生动物群落在结构上既有密切联系,又有较大差异.
species of protozoa,which belong respectively to 2 phylums,2 subphylums,9 classes,28 orders,77 families and 138 genera,were identified in the soils in 6 typical zones of China.The main dorminant groups of the protozoa were Kinetoplastida,Chrysomonadida,Arcellinida,Amoebida,Hypotrichida and Colpodida.The rare groups were Volvocida,Dinoflagellida,Diplomonadida,Choanoflagellida,Leptomyxida,Synhymeniida and Oligotrichida.The community diversity index of the protozoa in the sampling sites of warm temperate zone,temperate zone,northern torrid zone,high frigid zone,middle torrid zone and subtropical zone were 8 47,7 87,7 77,6 38,6 29 and 4 31 respectively.The results of analysis on the characteristics of community structure of the soil protozoa showed that there were both close relations and greater differences in structure between the soil community of protozoa and the freshwater one.
