为了避免使用局部收敛的优化算法构造Ｄｎ最优确切设计，本文给出了一种新的优化算法—离散算法．并针对三分量混料模型给出构造结果．大量实践证明，该方法对提高设计的成功率。

The discrete algorithm for constructing Dn optimum experimental design was presented in this paper. It was characterized by giving any design in irregular space and having significant effect for enlarging applied fields.
