摘要
用量子力学隧道效应方法研究了场致发射现象。在WKB近似下,分别计算了无电像力与计及电像力效应的穿透系数及场致发射电流。数值结果表明,计及电像力较合理说明实验事实。文中还特别考虑温度效应的影响。
On the basis of the quantum tunnel effect,the phenomena for field emission are discussed,the penetration coeffcient and the field emission current have been calculated by the W.K.B approximation.The numerical result shows that the effect for the image force on the field emission explained the experimental data reasonably.For the temperature effect,the correction for the field emission current is important at the weak electric field only.
