Brief Analysis of Excel Data Acquisition of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational College

高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台是第二轮评估的主要依据,其填报工作在新一轮评估中占有极其重要的地位。本文叙述了《采集平台》在高等职业院校人才培养工作评估中的重要作用,阐述了近两年《采集平台》填报中存在的问题,给出了新的《采集平台》填报工作组织实施方案。把常态管理与《采集平台》的利用相结合,对《采集平台》的奇异点进行分析,查找问题与不足,明确学校下一步工作的方向。

The Excel data acquisition of personnel training in higher vocational college is the main basis of second round evaluation. The work of filling in the data takes an important place in the new evaluation. This essay states the important role of Excel acquisition in evaluation work of higher vocational college personnel training and the problems in filling it in recent years. Then, the author puts forwards the new proposal of organizing and carrying out the job. With the connectivity of normal management and Excel acquisition, the paper also analyses the singular point to find out the shortages and problems. Thus, we can make clear the working direction of next step in our college.
