随着企业办公自动化、网络化渐趋完善,许多日常工作可以直接在计算机和网络上办理,所以产生了大量的电子文件。该文针对企业档案在实现电子化、信息化进程中存在的一些问题,进行了分析归类并针对开滦具体现状,提出了如何提高企业电子档案管理水平,加快档案信息数字化进程的对策。

With the business office automation and network gradually mature, much of the daily work can be directly handled in the computer and the network, as a result, a lot of electronic documents have generated. The paper, aiming at some problems existing in the process of enterprise electronic information archives, gives the analysis and classification, and some advice is presented to improve the enterprise electronic archives management level and speed up the digital process of archives information.
