摘要 AT29C256是ATMEL公司生产的5V供电Flash存储器。它共有256K位(32k字节)的存储容量,具有结构紧凑、存储容量大等特点。它的接口简单、操作方便,特别适合控制系统存放程序和大量的数据等。AT29C256能够多次擦写,在现代的单片机系统中得到了广泛的应用。本文将主要研究AT29C256在单片机系统中的应用及程序设计。 AT29 C256 is 5V power supply Flash memorizer manufactured by the ATMEL Corporation. It has a total of 256K (32k bytes) of storage capacity, with compact structure and large storage capacity. Its interface is simple, easy to operate, particularly suitable for control system stored procedures and large amounts of data. AT29C256 can be rewritten many times, and has been widely used in modern singlechip system. This article is mainly on AT29C256 in singleehip system and program design.
