摘要
煤矿井下倾斜井巷串车提升运输事故多发、安全设施不完善,经常会出现跑车事故。为此研制了一种新型斜巷挡车联动安全装置,实现挡车装置的常闭、连锁;使其操作方便、省力、实用。操作时一次只能打开一处挡车栏(一开一闭),车组进入斜巷前,打开挡车栏,车组通过斜巷变坡点后操作手把复位,挡车栏自动关闭,由于使用了定滑轮和利用平衡原理,可有效平衡挡车栏重力,达到操作省力的目的。
There are many inclined lane lifting transport accidents, such as mine car derailing accident. A new type of mineral car block linkage safety devices for inclined roadway has been developed to implement the normally closed and chain, making it easy, economical and practical. At a time you can only open a car bar (an open a closed) , namely open before cars enter the inclined lane, and the handle resets when cars reach the slope, at the same time the car bar automatically shuts off. Due to the use of fixed pulley and the balance principle, this way can effectively balance car bar gravity, achieve labor- saving operation.
