以植物组织培养为基础,采用MS培养基,通过分别添加不同浓度的2,4-D对罗布麻种子进行组织培养。从而筛选出最适合罗布麻种子诱导的培养基为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+2,4-D0.6mg/L+琼脂8g/L+蔗糖30g/L。

This article based on the plants’tissue culture,used MS culture medium which added different concentrations of plant growth regulators on the seeds of Apocynum.The experiment explored the tissue culture method of Apocynum seed, chosen the best culture medium for the rate of survival was MS＋6-BA 1.5 mg/L＋2,4-D 0.6 mg/L＋agar 8 g/L＋sugar 30 g/L.
