聚-γ-谷氨酸及其增效肥在水稻上的应用 被引量:20

摘要 分别以6个水稻品种为试验材料,进行了聚-γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)及其增效肥试验。结果表明,100mg/L和200mg/L的γ-PGA浸种和田间喷施,使扬两优6号和珍珠糯秧苗长势旺,白根数增加,分蘖数增多,有效穗数增加,200mg/L的γ-PGA浸种和田间喷施比100mg/L的γ-PGA处理的每公顷产量分别提高465kg和555kg,增6.9%和8.4%,且两处理产量均显著高于对照;当使用600kg/hm2和480kg/hm2的γ-PGA增效复合肥时,杂交中稻Ⅱ优416的产量比使用同样重量的复合肥每公顷产量增加427.5~517.5kg,增幅为4.5%~5.3%,表现出节肥效果;在培两优3076上进行的增效尿素试验表明,秧苗栽移后5d每公顷施γ-PGA增效尿素90kg,剑叶露尖时每公顷施γ-PGA增效尿素45kg的产量最高,与对照呈显著差异;当基肥为480kg/hm2γ-PGA增效复合肥与γ-PGA增效尿素配合使用,其产量比基肥为600kg/hm2普通复合肥和普通尿素配合使用的对照要高,表现出明显的节肥效果。 Four group experiments were conducted using six rice varieties as the materials.The results showed that 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L poly-(γ-glutamic acid)soaking the seeds and irrigating facilitated the seedling growth actively,increased the number of the white roots,tillers and the number of productive ears.Poly-(γ-glutamic acid)synergist soaking the seed and irrigating increased the yield of 465 kg/hm^2 and 555 kg/hm^2 in Yangliangyou No.6 and pearl waxy,the yield increased 6.9% and 8.4%,significantly higher than that of the control.When using 600 kg/hm^2 and 480 kg/hm^2 poly-(γ-glutamic acid) complex fertilizer in the hybrid riceⅡyou 416,the yield increased 427.5~517.5 kg,compared with that of using the same amount of"Yangfeng"fertilizer,the yield increased 4.5%~5.3%,demonstrate the effectiveness of fertilizer savings.Using 90 kg/hm^2 poly-(γ-glutamic acid)synergist urea after seedlings transplantation for 5-days and using 45 kg/hm^2 in the flag leaf period,the yield was the highest compared with the control in Peiliangyou 3076,and showed the very significant difference. In the comprehensive experiment using basal manure 480kg/hm^2 poly-(γ-glutamic acid)complex fertilizer and poly-(γ- glutamic acid)synergist urea,the yield was higher than that of using basal manure 600 kg/hm^2 of"Yangfeng"fertilizer and the ordinary urea,the experimental group showed saving the fertilizer effectively.
