摘要
试验研究了不同基质对千宝菜品质和产量的影响。结果表明,50%菇渣+50%河沙,50%菇渣+25%河沙+25%珍珠岩,50%河沙+25%菇渣+25%蛭石处理具有较好的物理结构,表现为基质吸水保肥力强,通气性好,叶和根的POD、CAT、SOD活性高,植株营养生长旺盛,产品VC含量、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量较高,高产优质。考虑到基质的成本因素,选择利用50%菇渣+50%河沙作为基质进行千宝菜的无土栽培是适宜的。
The effects of different matrixes was studied on the quality and yield of Qianbaocai(B.oleracea L.×B.campeseris L). The results showed that treatment A(50%mushroom dregs+50% sand), D(50% mushroom dregs+25% sand+25% perlite) and E (50% sand+25% mushroom dregs+25% vermiculite) had better physical structure, with strong performance in moisture absorption, and moisture retention, and fertilizer retention, and Qianbaocai(B.oleracea L.×B.campeseris L) had superior activity of SOD, POD, and CAT in leaf and roots, higher Vitamin C, soluble sugar and protein, higher yield and good quality. Among the three treatments, treatments A was the most suitable in soilless culture of Qianbaocai.
