中国南瓜幼苗植物学数量性状的评价 被引量:1

摘要 以135份中国南瓜(Cucurbita moschata Duch.)农家品种资源的自交系为试验材料,调查分析了中国南瓜自交系幼苗的下胚轴粗度、下胚轴高度、子叶长度、子叶宽度和子叶形状等5个数量性状,并对这些数量性状进行了统计分析,提出了描述评价标准,为研制中国南瓜特异性-一致性-稳定性(Dis-tinctness-Uniformity-Stability,DUS)测试标准中幼苗性状的测试内容奠定了基础。 Seedling quantitative characters including diameter and height of the hypocotyl, the cotyledon length, width and shape of the cotyledon of 135 Cucurbita moschata Duch. local variety resources inbred-lines were investigated and statistical analyzed, and finally the described evaluation criterion of 5 quantitative characters of C. moschata seedling were put forward. This could lay a foundation for developing seedling character testing of C. moschata DUS (Distinctness-Uniformity-Stability) testing.
