摘要
以玉米秸秆为原料,以SO42--TiO2/黏土固体酸为水解催化剂制备乙酰丙酸。探讨了固体酸的用量、水解温度、水解时间和液固比对乙酰丙酸得率的影响。采用响应面法对水解工艺进行了优化,并建立二次回归模型。结果表明,当水解温度为241℃、水解时间为31min、固体酸的用量为4.5%和液固比为14∶1(V/W,mL∶g)时为较优的制备工艺,在该工艺条件下,乙酰丙酸的得率为13.16%。
Levulinic acid (LA) can be prepared from corn stalk with SO42--TiO2/clay solid acid as hydrolysis catalyst. The effects on the amount of solid acid, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and liquid-solid ratios on the LA yield had been discussed in this thesis. Quadratic regression model was founded and optimization was analyzed by response surface method (RSM). The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions as follow: hydrolysis temperature was 241℃, hydrolysis time was 31min, SO42--TiO2/ clay solid acid was 4.5%, and liquid-solid ratio was 14∶1 (V/W). Under this condition, the LA yield could reach to 13.16%.
