摘要 水稻是研究单子叶植物发育生物学理想的模式植物。随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,有关水稻花器官发育的研究也越来越深入,并取得了较大进展。介绍了植物花器官发育的"ABC"模型的发展及其调控机制等方面的研究进展,对MADS-box基因的结构和功能进行了概述,最后详细阐述了控制水稻花器官发育的相关基因及其分子机理;针对水稻花器官发育研究中存在的问题和当前水稻生产中出现的颖壳畸形现象进行了分析,并对水稻花器官发育的进一步深入研究进行了展望。 Rice(Oryza sativa L.) is a model plant for study molecular developmental biology in monocots. With the development of molecular biology techniques, research on rice flower development made extensive progress. In this paper, the development and regulatory mechanism of "ABC" model were introduced. The structure and function of MADS-box genes of flower development in plant were reviewed. The genes and molecular mechanisms of rice flower development were discussed in details. Existing problems in the research on rice flower development and the phenomena of abnormal hull in rice production were analyzed. Prospect of future research on rice flower development was presented.
