基于3R原则的洱源县地热水资源开发利用模式研究

Exploitation and Utilization Models of the Geothermal Water Resources in Eryuan County Based on "3R" Principles

选取云南省洱源县温泉度假区地热水资源为研究对象,通过对其开发利用现状及存在问题的分析,提出基于3R原则的温泉度假区地热水资源开发利用模式,以期进一步提高地热水资源的利用效率,最大限度地减少污水排放,实现区域社会、经济和生态环境的共赢。

This paper took the hot spring holiday resort area in Eryuan county of Yunnan province for example, analyzing the geothermal water resources’ present condition and the existed problems of hot spring resort area in the county. By introducing 3R principles into water resource management, we propose some practical methods to improve the resources utilization efficiency, making maximum discharge of sewage and realizing the win-win in regional social, economic and ecological environment’ sustainable development.
