摘要
介绍一种基于DSP芯片ADMC401构建的直流无刷电机的无传感器控制单元。控制系统采用检测电机绕组端电压的间接方法,在没有配置位置传感器的情况下,通过扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF),有效地抑制电机控制过程中遇到的噪声,利用检测出的电压和电流信号对转子位置进行估计,准确获取转子位置和速度数据,以较低的成本实现三相直流无刷电机位置和转速的连续控制。ADMC401芯片内置硬件功能,使无传感器控制系统的响应速度、稳定性和可操作性显著提高,有效地改善了电机低速运行时转矩特性,实现了直流无刷电机高精度调速及定位要求。
Based on DSP chip ADMC 401 as the kernel, brushless DC motor control module which this paper introduced lack position sensor. The control system adopts indirect method that measures the end voltage of motor winding. In case of not disposing the position sensor, restrains the syntonic wave in motor run course by extended kalman filter(EKF). Utilize signal of voltage and current that measured out could estimate the position of rotor. Obtains the rotor datum of position and speed accurately, proceed three - phase brushless DC motor position and rotational speed control continuously with lower cost. ADMC 401 chip built - in hardware function makes the response speed, stability and effectiveness of control system which without position sensor improve notably. Meliorates motor torque characteristic effectively run low speed. Satisfied the requirement that brushless DC motor speed -adjustable and orien in high precision.
