Function of Infection Surveillance Groups in Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的加强科室监控小组在医院感染控制中的作用,完善管理,提高工作效率。方法明确科室监控小组的职责,加强培训,督导科室感染管理工作,利用奖惩机制调动工作积极性。结果充分发挥科室监控小组的作用,有效地控制医院感染的发病率,降低漏报率,督促科室各项医院感染监控措施的落实,完善医院感染的管理。结论科室监控小组参与医院感染监控的管理,成为医院感染监控和管理的重要力量。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the function of ward infection surveillance groups in the control of nosocomial infection, to improve the management of infection. METHODS The rules of infection surveillance groups were made clear, the training was strengthened, the ward infection work was monitored, and the enthusiasm of the significance of employees were mobilized through building the reward and punishment system. RESULTS The function of ward surveillance groups was developed, and the incidence of nosocomial infections was controlled, as well as the false negative rate decreased. Therefore, the development and measurement of nosocomial infections were on the basis of nosoeomial infection management. CONCLUSION Ward infection surveillance groups participating in the management of nosocomial infection monitoring become the important parts for the surveillance and management of nosocomial infection.
