提高临床医务人员医院感染预防控制参与意识的策略

Strategy for Improving Medical Staff's Awareness Involving in Nosocomial Infection Prevention

目的充分提高临床医务人员医院感染预防控制参与意识。方法将基础知识融入宣传周活动,将基本技能融入技能竞赛中。结果医院感染控制在行动的活动,极大的调动了临床医务人员感染预防控制的参与意识;全院54个临床科室,27个辅助科室,共2483人参加,占全院职工的75.0%;该次活动前后医护人员手卫生依从性的测试中,医师的手卫生依从性由活动前16.3%,提高到活动后36.4%,提高了20.1%,护士由活动前24.6%,提高到活动后37.5%,提高了12.9%。结论医院感染预防控制需要临床医务人员的共同参与,提高全院医务人员的医院感染控制意识,可推动临床医院感染控制工作的深入。

OBJECTIVE To sufficiently improve the medical staff＇s awareness in regard to their participation in nosocomial infection （NI） control and prevention. METHODS The basic knowledge was publicized the public promotion week, the basic skills into the skill competition activities. RESULTS Totally 54 clinical departments, 27 other departments with a total number of 2483 people, accounting for 75.0% of the hospital,were involved in this activity. The medical staff＇s awareness to participate to the NI control have been significantly mobilized through this activity. In the test for hand hygiene compliance, the compliance of the doctors increased form 16. 3% to 36.4%, by 20.1% increased, and the compliance of the nurse increased from 24. 6% to 37. 5%, by 12. 90/00 increased. CONCLUSION The prevention and control of nosoeomial infection need the common participation of the medical staff, to improve the awareness of the medical staff can promote the further development of NI control.
