New technique for automatic dredging system of water sump in underground mine

煤矿井下水仓清淤多年来一直采用原始的人工作业方式来完成,严重影响和制约着矿井的安全与生产。论文分析了原清淤方法存在的问题,系统地介绍了一种传统工艺与现代技术相结合的煤矿水仓清淤新方法,包括基本原理、清淤工艺和方法,阐明了新方法的技术优势;实践证明,该方法工艺先进、清淤效果好、效率高,减轻了工人的劳动强度,保证了矿井的安全生产需要。

The dredging of the water sump in the underground mine is always done with the primitive manual operation for many years which would seriously influence and restrain the mine safety and production.The paper analyzed the existing problems of the previous dredging methods and systematically introduced a new dredging method of the mine water sump in combination with the traditional technique and the modern technology,including the basic principle,dredging technique and method.The paper stated the technical advantages of the new method.The practices showed that the advanced technique method would have a good dredging result and a high efficiency,could reduce the labor intensity and ensure the requirements of the mine safety production.
