井下煤炭产运平衡改善的可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 在煤矿井下生产和运输中,煤炭产运的平衡是影响整个生产环节的关键因素之一,而煤仓的设置是平衡井下煤炭生产中产运平衡的主要手段。论文针对目前煤矿井下设置煤仓改善井下生产管理的具体措施,利用定量分析法,对增设煤仓进行井下煤炭平衡改善的难点进行分析。研究建立了煤矿井下煤炭产运平衡改善的可靠性分析模型,求解得到了煤矿井下产运煤炭平衡的有效度计算公式,并分析了设置煤仓对改善煤矿井下产运煤炭平衡的可靠性贡献。为煤矿井下生产系统的可靠性分析提供了合理而简便的方法。 In the production and transportation of the underground mine,the balance of the coal production and transportation in the mine would be on e of the key factors affected to the whole mine production link.The coal bunker to be set up would be the important means of the production and transportation balance to balance the mine coal production in underground mine.According to the certain measures to set up the coal bunker to improve the production management in the underground mine,the quantitative analysis method was applied to analyze the difficulties to additionally set up the coal bunkers to improve the coal production balance in the underground mine.A reliability analysis model was and studied and established on the improvement of the coal production and transportation balance in the underground mine.A effective calculation formula of the coal production and transportation balance in the underground mine was obtained from the reliability analysis model.The reliability contribution of the coal bunker to be set to improve the coal production and transportation balance in the underground mine was analyzed.The reliability analysis model could provide the rational and simple method to the reliability analysis on the mine production system in the underground mine.
