关节镜下Fast-Fix缝合装置在半月板损伤修复中的应用

Application of Fast-Fix suture device in repair of meniscus injury

目的研究关节镜下Fast-Fix缝合装置修复半月板损伤的疗效。方法关节镜下使用Fast-Fix缝合43例半月板损伤,其中内侧损伤19例,外侧损伤21例,内外侧同时损伤3例。体部损伤4例,后角损伤14例,体部及后角同时损伤18例,前角至后角全层撕裂7例;损伤位于红区19例,红白区24例。结果随访6-51(26.7±17.4)个月,Lysholm评分术前32.49±14.27,术后86.51±12.67,差异具有统计学意义t=3.02,P<0.01。术后膝关节伸屈功能正常,无交锁症状,无并发症发生。结论 Fast-fix半月板缝合装置是修复半月板后角及体部撕裂的快捷、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Fast-Fix suture device on repair of meniscus injury. Methods Fast-Fix suture device was used to repair 43 meniscus injuries including 19 of medial meniscus, 21 injuries of lateral meniscus, 4 injuries of both medial and lateral menisci. Four, 14, 18 and 7 injuries were found in the meniscus body, posterior horn, posterior horn- body and posterior-anterior horn, respectively. Of the 43 injuries, 19 were located in the red region and 24 in the red-white region. Results The patients were followed up for 6-51 months （mean 26.7 ± 17.4 months）. The Lysholm score for the operated knees was 32.49 ± 14.27 and 86.51± 12.67, respectively, before and after operation （t=3.02, P〈0.01）. The flexion and extension functions of knee joint became normal with no locking symptoms and complications. Conclusion Lacerated injuries of posterior horn and body of meniscus can be rapidly, safely and effectively repaired with Fast-fix suture device.
