半月板损伤的临床治疗概况

Advances in clinical treatment of meniscus injury

摘要 半月板损伤的治疗从切除、修复到移植不断发展,但各种治疗方法仍有不足,故研究重点转向半月板重建与替代。组织工程化半月板经过多年发展仍有待解决的疑问,异体半月板移植在降低半月板损伤后骨关节炎发生率等方面取得良好的效果。
