抗癫痫药物的皮肤过敏反应机制和遗传因素研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 抗癫痫药物是引起皮肤严重不良反应的最常见药物之一,以前研究提示与免疫机制有关,近来药物遗传学研究发现携带HLA-B*1502等位基因的患者在服用卡马西平时可能出现致命的皮肤不良反应,这一特殊基因主要在于亚裔人群中,存在人种差异。在汉族人群中HLA基因型可能能预测抗癫痫药物诱发皮肤严重不良反应的发生,但尚需进一步深入研究。
