小规模学校更具优势:来自西方的经验 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,西方有关学校规模的实证研究主要围绕学校规模如何影响学生、教师和学校组织等问题展开,主要采用的实证研究方法包括:费用相关的方法、社会生态学的方法、学校聚焦的方法。其研究结果更倾向于支持发展较小规模的学校,以更利于完善学生学习行为、教师行为以及学校组织结构。
