缺血性脑血管病介入治疗的进展
摘要
脑血管病具有高发病率、高病死率和高致残率的特点。如何防止脑血管病的初发和再发，是目前大家最关心的热点问题。虽然抗血小板聚集和抗凝药物的应用，大大降低了脑卒中事件的发生，但是仍有许多患者药物治疗无效，尤其是对血管严重狭窄或闭塞的患者。在血管闭塞后，发生动脉-动脉栓塞的事件会大大降低，但如果侧支循环代偿欠佳，
