摘要
运用能值理论提出了反映"双气头"多联产系统特点的能值评价指标,该能值指标能够反映系统的成本结构、排放影响和节约的资源.以3种流程形式和8种可行性方案为例进行了能值分析,结果表明:"双气头"自热共重整,焦炉煤气和合成尾气发电方案最优;免变换无重整,焦炉煤气与合成尾气用于发电次之.
Emergy evaluation indices for double gas polygeneration systems were proposed by making use of emergy theory,which is able to reflect the cost structure,emission result and saved energy of the system.An emergy analysis was performed to eight feasibility schemes of three technological processes.Results show that the optimum scheme comes from the power generation with coke oven gas and syngas, in the process of autothermal reforming;the second one comes from the power generation with coke oven gas and syngas,in the process of no shifting no reforming.
