《地球概论》开放式课堂教学模式探讨——以冥王星“降级”为例 被引量:3

摘要 开放式课堂教学模式,一般由授课教师或助教根据授课内容或专题,指定一定的参考资料,师生在平等的关系基础上,共同探讨问题.学生可以独立提出问题,发表不同的见解.教师的作用主要是引导和维持讨论的深入进行,给学生创设能使思维发散的课堂氛围和张扬个性的空间.《地球概论》作为大学地理专业的基础科目,内容涉及天文学、地理学、数学、物理等四大基础自然科学,具有"立体、抽象、运动"的学科特点,要求学生具有相当的空间思维能力、广博的理科知识面和新奇的视野,对于培养学生形象思维、逻辑思维和空间思维的能力以及发展的批判的眼光十分有益.本文以冥王星"降级"为例,探讨在大学《地球概论》教学中开放式教学模式的使用和作用. Open style teaching means that teacher and students discuss a topic,which generally is decided by teachers or teaching assistants,in a quite friendly way between teacher and students,according to certain references.Students can put forward to questions individually and express their different views.The main role of teacher is to guide the discussion to center on the topic,to maintain the discussion to carry on in-depth and to assure students to have a friendly atmosphere for divergent thinking and personality expression.Introduction to the Earth,as the basis of professional University of subjects,relates tightly with astronomy,geography,mathematics,physics four foundation natural science,with characteristics of"three-dimension,abstraction,movement".The study of this subject needs considerable spatial thinking ability,extensive knowledge of science and novel perspectives.At the same time,it is absolutely beneficial to cultivate students with vision thinking ability,logical analyzing ability and spatial thinking power and to develop students a view of developing truth and a critical perspective to existing doctrines.
