金属蒸气合成法制备Ag-Ni/c燃料电池电极催化剂 被引量:1

Prparation of Ag Ni/c Fuel Cell Electrode Catalyst Via Metal Vapor Synthesis

摘要 用金属蒸气合成法(MVS)和常规法制备三种不同摩尔比的Ag-Ni/c双金属燃料电池电极催化剂.XRD测定、磁测定和XPS测定结果表明,MVS法Ag-Ni/c电极的催化活性大于相应的常规法电极,随着Ag含量增加,催化活性增大。 The metal Vapor Synthesis (MVS) and conventional methods were used to prepare three different mole ratio Ag Ni/c bimetallic electrode catlysts.The results of XRD and magnetic measurments showed that the Ni and Ag partiels sizes of catalysts prepared by MVS were smaller than those of conventional catalysts.The results of XPS measurements showed that the contents of Zero state Ni · and Ag · of MVS catalysts were higher than those of conventional Catalysts.The Ni Content on the surface was higher than in bulk for MVS catalysts,whereas the content on the surface was essentially the same as in the bulk for conventional catalysts.The results of polarization curve experiments revealed that the Catalytic activties of MVS Ag Ni/c electrodes,were greater than those of corresponding conventional electrodes,the catalytic activities increased with Ag conents increasing.The Catalytic activities also increased with the function of Ni incorporation.
